Please join school law attorney Erin D. Gilsbach as she discusses the legal issues involved when schools permit advertising on school grounds and offers simple, practical tips for schools to help them raise revenue through advertising while minimizing the risk of liability. Atty. Gilsbach will also discuss the legal and practical implications of working with third-party advertising lead-generation companies and provide practical strategies and best-practice tips designed to protect public schools from entering into risky or unlawful contracts with such entities.
